about the exhibition

CHOICE is an exciting collaboration between Beaver Galleries and highly regarded Thai born ceramicist, Vipoo Srivilasa. Together, we have selected thirteen contemporary Australian ceramic artists whose practices are influenced by and reflect their cultural heritage. Most of these artists were born overseas and have chosen to live in Australia creating work that celebrates their chosen and inherited cultures. This exhibition coincides with theAustralian Ceramics Triennale: Stepping Up at the Australian National University.
