Beaver Galleries is Canberra’s largest and longest-established privately owned commercial art gallery. The gallery exhibits and promotes the work of a select group of renowned and emerging contemporary Australian artists. Under the direction of owners Martin and Susie Beaver, and with a team of experienced staff, the gallery has built a national presence, with a dynamic exhibition programme and regular representation at Australian art fairs.
Three spacious galleries and a dedicated print room feature outstanding work in a range of disciplines including painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics and glass. There is also a courtyard sculpture garden, a gallery shop with quality products by selected Australian designer/makers and a licensed cafe, theKitchen, with fresh, innovative cuisine.

Beaver Galleries is located at 81 Denison Street, Deakin (300 metres past the Royal Australian Mint) and a few kilometres from the National Gallery of Australia. There is ample free parking and entry is free.

Cafe hours: Tuesday to Sunday 9.30am – 4pm
